  1. First you Fill CSC online application form
  2. After filling CSC form you must fill BIT university portal online application form
  3. When you fill both online form then wait for the final result check your status on BIT online portal Daily
  4. NOTE: 600 RMB application Fee to be paid when your Scholarship is confirmed
  5. when you select the a interview will be taken via wechat

Required Documents List

  1. CSC Online Application Form
  2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
  3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
  4. Personal Statement about your academic background and preferred research area in BIT  (Not less then 1000)
  5. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  6. Two Recommendation Letters
  7. Passport Copy
  8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
  9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
  10. other supporting documents like achievements record certificates etc (its optional)
  11. 2019 BIT Advisor Acceptance Letter (if you don’t have acceptance letter then upload blank piece of white paper. it upload on BIT online application portal don’t worry about it)
