1. CSC Online Application Form (agency number is 10251 For B Category ) please sign when you print out the csc application form
2. ECUST online application Form
3. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4. Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. A Study Plan or Research Proposal ( This should be a minimum of 800 words)
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Other supporting documents (For Example published papers, awards & certificates)
8.  Photocopy of applicant’s passport information page
9. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
10. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not  Mandatory)
11. Acceptance Letter (If obtained). For those who have not received the acceptance letter from supervisor,CIE will contact the appropriate school to arrange.
12. Upload and attach Fee Receipt with documents
