  4. Result is announced at the end of july

  1. CSC Online Application Form (agency number is 10718 For B Category )
  2. University Online Application Form with signature
  3. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
  4. Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
  5. A Study or Research Proposal ( minimum of 800 words )
  6. Two Recommendation Letters
  7. Passport Copy
  8. 2 Passport Size Photos
  9. Non Criminal Record ( means Police Clearance Certificate)
  10. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
  11. Papers or Articles Published or to be Published
  12. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory) For Chinese Taught  Program you Provide HSK Certificate if available.
  13. Acceptance letter (its optional)

All the documents should be bound together on top left corner

You should submit TWO sets of bound documents to University
