3. Passport Copy
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)

6. Study or research plan in China. (not less than 10 00 words)
7. Physical Examination Form
8. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors
9. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
