Eligibility Requirements :

  1. Only Pakistani  can apply
  2. 40 Year Age limitation for Ph.D. and 35 for Masters
  3. English proficiency is enough for this Scholarship.
  1. Applicants must be Pakistani/AJ&K nationals.
  2. Applicants with incomplete degrees on the closing date of application are not allowed to apply.
  3. Applicants for undergraduate programs must have intermediate/A-level/FA-FSC (12 years) of education and be under the age of 25 at the time of application.
  4. Applicants for the Master’s program must have a Bachelor’s degree (16 years) and be under the age of 35 at the time of application.
  5. Applicants for the Ph.D. program must have a Master’s degree MS/MPhil (17/18 years) and be under the age of 40 years at the time of application.

  • HEC Online Application Form
  • Submit an online application at the CSC portal through program Type: A and Agency No.5861. Download the completed application form from the Chinese Scholarship Council portal,
  • Highest education transcript (notarized)
  • Highest education Degree (notarized)
  • Study Plan or Research Plan. for Master 800 words and For PHD 1500 words
  • Passport ( Mandatory)
  • Recommendation Letters (From Two Professors)
  • Medical Form / Physical Examination form
  • Police clearance certificate (Non-Criminal Record Certificate)
  • English Proficiency Certificate
  • If you have a pre-admission letter from the university for the A category then upload it. (it’s optional)

After Selection Then you have to send hard copies to HEC
