- Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) if you are a student in university then provide a hope certificate
- Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
- A Study Plan or Research Proposal Minimum of 800 Words
- Two Recommendation Letters
- Other supporting documents (For Example published papers, awards & certificates)
- Photocopy of applicant’s passport information page
- Physical Examination Form Photocopy
- English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
- Certificate of No-criminal records
