Required Documents List
- CSC Online Application Form and signed by the applicant (Agency no for B category 10384)
- University online form
- Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
- Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
- Study Plan or Research Proposal (Not Less then 1000 words)
- Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
- Passport Copy
- CV
- Financial Statement (click here to download the xmu university sample and fill)
- Physical Examination Form Photocopy
- English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
- Acceptance letter (its optional not necessary)
- A CD of your own works (required for arts students only)
