- After filling CSC form you must fill XJTU online university portal application form
- upload all required documents
- No need to send hard copies
- 800 RMB Application Fee (After submitting XJTU university portal then they give you Bank detail to Deposit fee) (Fee will be paid after passing initial review)
- After filling both online forms then wait for the result check your portal status daily
- Result will be announced at the end of June or early July

- CSC Online Application Form (XJTU Agency No. : 10698 )
- XJTU University Online application Form
- Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
- Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
- Study plan or Research Plan (800 for masters and 1500 words for PHD Students) Click Here to Download the Study Plan sample (5 : Template of study plan for doctoral applicants) ( Note: This study plane format only for PHD candidates)
- Two original recommendation letters written by professors or associate professors. If applicants have already got provisional acceptance from professors at XJTU. please provide Xi’an Jiaotong University Recommendation Letter from Potential Supervisor as one of the two recommendation letters. - Passport Copy
- Upload original Physical Examination Form with Blood Test reports
- Certificate of No Criminal Record (Police clearance Certificates)
- English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
- Acceptance letter (it’s optional)
