4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
6. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
7. Study Or Research Plan
8. Passport Copy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
10. Self Introduction Video
11. Transfer Letter
12. A CD of your own works (required for arts students only)
13. Acceptance Letter (its not mandatory but will be preferred)
14.  Lists of award certificates or works for particular talents and special skills, if any.
