  1. First You Fill CSC Online application Form
  2. After Filling CSC form must fill Chang’an university portal
  3. 600 RMB application FEE (fee paid when your initial review will pass)
  4. Result will be announced at the end of july

  1. CSC Online Application Form   (Agency no for B category 10710)
  2. Chang’an university online application form
  3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
  4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
  5. A Study or Research plan
  6. Two Recommendation Letters
  7. Passport Copy
  8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
  9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
  10. Acceptance letter (its optional) for Masters But For PHD students its must
  11. Can submit: academic achievements, award certificates for various cultural and sports activities
  12. copy of HSK (if any)
