- CSC Online Application Form (Agency Number 10613 )
- Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
- Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
- A Study Plan or Research Proposal
- Two Recommendation Letters （ONLY 2021 and 2022 letters are accepted.）
- Passport Copy with Visa page
- A CD of your own works (only required for arts students）
- Physical Examination Form Photocopy
- English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
- Non criminal Record
- other supporting documents like achievements record certificates etc (its optional)
