  4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
  5. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
  6. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
  7. Study Plan (for master no less then 800 words and no less than 1500 words for PHD)
  8. Notarized Copies of research achievements
  9. Passport Copy
  10. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
