  2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
  3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
  4. A personal statement ( Submit a personal statement indicating your past academic background and a study plan or research proposal , Not less than 800 words in English)
  5. Two Recommendation Letters
  6. Curriculum vitae (The applicants submit a CV introducing your personal information, educational  background, work experience, research work, publications, honors, and other information )
  7. Passport Copy
  8. Upload original Physical Examination Form with Blood Test reports,  Electrocardiograph and X-Ray Reports (Click Here to Download)
