Required Documents List Hainan University CSC Scholarship

 

Note: Send Two Sets of documents to university (In Duplicate)

1. You should register at the CSC Online Application System for International Students and submit application information. (Agency no for B category 10589)
2. Click here for apply online of university portal.
3. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
4. Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
6. Physical Examination Form
7. Study Or Research Plan (minimum of 1000 words for Master and 1500 words for PHD)
8. No. Criminal Certificate Record (Police Clearance Certificate)
9. Passport Copy
10. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
11. If your major is in chinese then you must have HSK
12. Resume (achievements journals if you have, various cultural & sports activities award certificate)
