  1. CSC online application form and then upload on university portal (Agency Number 10288 )
  2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
  3.  Transcripts of Highest Education
  4. Study Plan or Research Proposal (not less then 800 words)
  5. Two Recommendation Letters
  6. Passport Copy
  7. Upload Physical Examination Form with Blood Test reports.
  8. copy of official IELTS certificate (Minimum 6)
  9. Photocopy of Aplication Fee Receipt
