1. First You Fill CSC Online application Form (agency number is 10271) (NOTE: if you applying for Shanghai government scholarship then you don’t need to fill CSC form , you fill shanghai government scholarship)
2. Second, you Fill University Online application Form
3. Upload all required Documents
4. 800 RMB Application Fee in online system when you fill the university form
5. Result is announced at the end of july

1. CSC Online Application Form (agency number is 10271 For B Category ) (NOTE: if you applying for Shanghai government scholarship then you don’t need to fill CSC form , you fill shanghai government scholarship)
2. Shanghai international studies university University Online Application Form
3. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4. Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Personal statement (for master 800 words and for PHD its 1500 words)
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Passport Copy
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
