- After filling out both online forms and then waiting for the result check your portal status daily
- The result will be announced at the end of June or early July

- XJTU University Online Application Form
- Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide a Hope Certificate
- Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
- Study plan or Research Plan (800 for masters and 1500 words for Ph.D. Students) Click Here to Download the Study Plan sample (5: Template of study plan for doctoral applicants) ( Note: This study plan format only for Ph.D. candidates)
- Two original recommendation letters were written by professors or associate professors. If applicants have already received provisional acceptance from professors at XJTU. please provide Xi’an Jiaotong University Recommendation Letter from Potential Supervisor as one of the two recommendation letters.
