- After filling CSC form you must fill BIT University portal online application form
- When you fill out both online forms and then wait for the final result check your status on the BIT online portal Daily
- NOTE: If you pass the initial review, we will email you a numbered Initial Review Notice. Then it is time for you to pay the application fee of 600 CNY (non-refundable) directly online and contact BIT advisors for the BIT Advisor Recommendation Form.

- Second, fill out the University online portal
- Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide a Hope Certificate
- Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
- Statement of Purpose & Study Plan and CV
- Two Recommendation Letters
- Passport Copy
- Physical Examination Form
- English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory) / HSK 5 (above 180) for Chinese-taught programs
- other supporting documents like achievements, record certificates, etc (it’s optional)
- Recommendation Form for International Students by BIT Advisors
- Financial Guarantee Letter
