Required Documents List

Note: Send Two Sets of documents to University

1. First fill the CSU international student online system http://application.csu.edu.cn/member/login.do,select Chinese Government Scholarship and submit the application. The students who passes the application review will be notified and go through the step 2.
2. CSC Online Application Form (agency number is 10533 For B Category ) please sign when you print out the csc application form. (personal signature on csc form )
3. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
4. Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. police clearance certificate (The date must be after Jan 1, 2020)
6. Study plan (Please specify the previous research background and prospective research field no less the 800 words)
7. The copy of bank receipt for material reviewing fee RMB yuan 500.
8. Personal Statement that has not been funded by any other organizations or institutions
9. Two Recommendation Letters
10. Other supporting documents (For Example published papers, awards & certificates)
11.  Photocopy Passport ( with more then one year availability)
12. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
13. English Proficiency Certificate
14. For medical major provide the hsk4 certificate or any other certificate
