3. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized Copy)
5. Study Plan or Research Proposal (not less than 800 words)
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Passport Copy
8. Upload Physical Examination Form.
