NOTE: All Documents Send in Duplicates means Two sets of Documents

All documents should be bound together on top left corner in Following Order

1. CSC Online Application Form   (Agency no for B category 10216)
2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. Study Plan or Research Proposal
5. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
6. Passport Copy
7. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
8. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
9. Music majors must submit their own CDs; art majors students must provide 2 sketches, 2 color paintings, and 2 other works
10. If you have HSK then upload it
